Lee-Ann Johnstone Joins the Jury Panel for the European Affiliate Awards 2026

News

KonverJ founder Lee-Ann Johnstone has been appointed to the official jury panel for the European Affiliate Awards 2026, joining a group of senior leaders from across the affiliate and partnership marketing industry selected to assess entries and recognise excellence across the channel.

The awards ceremony takes place in Berlin on 21 September 2026.

About the European Affiliate Awards

The European Affiliate Awards are one of the most significant recognition programmes in the affiliate and performance marketing space. The jury is drawn from across the ecosystem – brands, publishers, agencies, platforms, and affiliate networks, and is tasked with evaluating entrants on the quality of their strategy, measurable results, and demonstrable impact on the channel.

The programme’s stated purpose extends beyond individual recognition. It aims to reframe how affiliate marketing is understood and valued within the broader digital marketing industry, providing a platform to showcase what the channel is genuinely capable of when it is managed well.

What Lee-Ann Brings to the Panel

Lee-Ann has spent over 20 years working across affiliate and performance marketing, with experience spanning iGaming, ecommerce, and SaaS. She founded Affiversemedia.com  an industry media and education platform, and KonverJ, a specialist affiliate and partnerships agency. She also hosts The Affiliate Marketing Podcast, currently ranked in the top 2% globally with close to a million downloads.

Her appointment to the jury reflects a body of work focused not just on running programmes, but on how the industry develops, through education, standards, and the quality of thinking applied to partnership-led growth.

As part of the jury, she will be evaluating work across categories with a specific focus on genuine strategy, commercial results, and innovation that moves the channel forward – not entries that simply replay what has always been done.

What This Signals for Brands

Being part of a jury like this means being directly involved in defining what good looks like in European affiliate marketing right now.

For brands assessing whether their affiliate programme is performing at the level it should be, or considering whether to build, restructure, or scale one, it is worth working with an agency that is actively engaged in those conversations at an industry level, not one that is simply executing tactics in isolation.

At KonverJ, we work with a select number of clients per quarter across SaaS and ecommerce. Our focus is on building affiliate and partnership programmes that are strategically sound, commercially effective, and built to last.
